Our belief is that no two bodies are the same or respond to treatment the same way. Each sessions starts off with a complete medical intake and a conversation to learn about your goals and reasons for seeking treatment. From there, your therapist will devise a treatment plan, completely customised for you.

Neck pain is a common complaint and can be caused by various injuries or strains. For some patients, neck pain is acute, lasting a short period of time and often recovers on it’s own with rest. For others, chronic neck pain can be a serious problem.
Neck pain can originate from a number of causes such as neck muscle strains, worn joints, cervical nerve compression, diseases, or injuries. Neck injuries can occur at any time for a variety of reasons, but such factors as your age and occupation can make neck pain more likely.
HEADACHES & MIGRAINES
Headaches can affect the quality of a person’s life if left untreated, or treated improperly. Headaches are typically are not dangerous but can severely impact a person’s ability to live a normal daily life depending on the severity of their condition. The first step is always to get proper diagnoses for your migraine or headache pain. The triggers that can set off headaches or migraines are unique for every person.
A migraine headache is an intense headache that can become so severe that it can disrupt your day-to-day life. Migraine headaches can be very painful but also cause a surplus of other symptoms not associated with a general headache. Migraines can also be a chronic condition and can be due to other factors.
HIP, LEG AND FOOT PROBLEMS
The hips, feet, and ankles are common problem areas for many people due to the natural wear and tear, injuries and pre-existing conditions. This pain can stop people in their tracks. It can be caused by excessive walking and standing, or simply the amount of stress places on these critical areas of the body.
The hip is about six inches below the belt line and is where the femur bone meets with the pelvis. There are a number of muscles and ligaments that span the hip joint. Injury or irritation of these ligaments can cause inflammation and pain in the hip.
Scoliosis is a curving of the normally straight spine that varies in severity in different people. Many cases of Scoliosis are mild, while some cases are much more severe, especially with age. Scoliosis often develops before puberty and may go unnoticed until adulthood.
While Scoliosis can run in families, in many cases the cause is unknown.
While some cases of Scoliosis are so mild that they do not cause any symptoms, many cases of Sciatica do have signs and symptoms associated with it.
Sciatica is a condition that causes pain, most commonly low back pain, leg pain and numbness due to pressure or irritation of the sciatic nerve in the lower back. Most often spine conditions including herniated discs and spinal stenosis are responsible for the sciatic nerve compression and sciatica pain. Other causes of Sciatica include spinal injuries and degenerative disc disease. Sciatica can also develop from gradual wear and tear.
For some individuals Sciatica pain may be bearable yet irritating, while for others it may be severe and debilitating. Due to the location of the sciatic nerve, certain activities such as prolonged sitting and quick movements may increase sciatica pain.
SHOULDER, ELBOW & WRIST
When most people think of chiropractic care, they immediately picture the spine. Chiropractors are “back doctors” is a common misconception. The truth is that doctors of chiropractic are trained to look at the whole person, not just the spine.
The neurology inside and around the spinal column is so important that it is the foundation of chiropractic philosophy, but the truth is, the entire body is controlled by the nervous system. In the upper limbs for example, there are numerous joints, muscle and ligaments that influence posture, our ability to work and enjoy our life.
The Benefits Of Chiropractic
